Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Canada: 2–7 business days

United States: 4–10 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier and destination.

FREE SHIPPING

We offer free shipping on Canadian orders over $150 CAD.

This offer is applied automatically at checkout when eligible.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

DELAYS

AITCH STUDIO is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.

During peak periods, delays may occur and are outside of our control.

INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

AITCH STUDIO is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier.

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
