We make every effort to display product colors and images as accurately as possible, however we cannot guarantee exact color accuracy across all devices.
4. HAND PAINTED & LIMITED PIECES
Many AITCH STUDIO pieces feature hand painted artwork.
By purchasing, you acknowledge that:
- Each piece is unique
- Variations in artwork, texture, and placement may occur
- These variations are intentional and not considered defects
All collections are produced in limited quantities. Once sold out, items will not be restocked.
5. PRICING & PAYMENTS
All prices are listed in CAD unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time without notice.
Applicable taxes and shipping fees will be calculated at checkout.
6. ORDERS & CANCELLATIONS
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order.
Orders are processed quickly. Requests for changes or cancellations must be made immediately after placing the order. We cannot guarantee modifications once an order is placed.
7. EXCHANGES ONLY POLICTY
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds.
We offer exchanges only within 14 days of delivery for items that are:
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- In original condition
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping.
8. SHIPPING
Processing times typically range from 5-7 business days.
Shipping timelines vary based on location. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.
9. CUSTOM ORDERS
We offer a limited number of custom pieces.
All custom orders are final sale and are not eligible for exchanges or refunds.
10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this site, including designs, artwork, logos, and images, is the property of AITCH STUDIO and may not be used or reproduced without permission.
11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
We are not liable for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products or services, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
